Say Goodbye

As you drive south from the I-15 and pass the cemetery, you’ll see what, in my opinion, is the most beautiful view in Toquerville.

Throughout the seasons a cliff of black-edged rock provides a dramatic backdrop for the unusually dense trees and vegetation—a stark contrast to our mostly barren roadside views.

Sadly, the bypass road will blast through that beautiful scene perhaps this summer.

Even though these pictures don’t do the site justice, all you can do now is take a picture and say goodbye….
